Using BlueMetal
BlueMetal generates music from a text prompt through its website and API. You are responsible for your account, API keys, submitted material and use of generated songs. Use the service lawfully and do not submit material you lack permission to process. Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate others deceptively, distribute unlawful content, compromise systems or evade credit and access controls.
Price and prepaid credits
Each successful song generation costs $0.0095 in prepaid credits, regardless of song length, with prompt preparation included. New accounts receive $0.10 in promotional credit. Failed and canceled generations are not charged. Promotional credit has no cash value. Prices for future requests may change; completed generation charges remain unchanged. Payment details, purchase amounts and any enabled automatic top-up settings are shown during checkout or in your dashboard. Nothing in these terms excludes refund or consumer rights required by applicable law.
Automatic prompt preparation
Music requests are automatically prepared through OpenRouter using Meta’s Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor. Your prompt and the model’s generated text may be used to improve Meta’s products, including AI models. By submitting a request, you authorize this processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information or material you are not authorized to share with these providers.
Inputs and generated songs
You retain any rights you hold in your submitted material and authorize BlueMetal and its providers to process it to provide the service, including the provider uses disclosed above. BlueMetal does not claim ownership of your generated songs. Generated content may not be unique, may resemble other material, and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not guarantee clearance of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining any permissions required for your intended use.
Generation and availability
Songs end naturally; exact duration, musical quality and generation time are not guaranteed. AI-generated lyrics and music may contain errors or unexpected material. Download your songs promptly; hosted audio is subject to a 30-day storage lifecycle. The service may be interrupted or changed, and access may be restricted for abuse, security concerns or violations of these terms.
Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not replace the independent terms governing third-party services you use.
