Information we process
BlueMetal processes your account email and sign-in identifiers, API-key identifiers, credit balance, billing records, music prompts, prepared musical directions and lyrics, generated audio, and operational records such as generation IDs, timestamps, errors, usage and costs. Session cookies keep you signed in. We use this information to operate the service, deliver your songs, account for credits, investigate failures and prevent abuse.
Prompt preparation and external AI providers
Every music prompt is sent through OpenRouter to Meta’s Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor model to prepare musical direction and lyrics before song generation. The Contributor service permits prompts and its generated text outputs to be used to improve Meta’s products, including AI models. This is not a zero-data-retention or no-training service. Do not submit secrets, confidential material, or personal information that you do not want processed under these provider terms.
Other service providers
Cloudflare provides website, API, account-data and audio storage infrastructure. Our compute provider processes prepared music requests to generate audio. Stripe processes prepaid-credit purchases and payment details; BlueMetal receives payment identifiers and status rather than complete card numbers. If you choose GitHub sign-in, GitHub supplies account information needed to authenticate you. Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies, potentially in countries other than your own.
Storage and sharing
Generated audio and associated support artifacts are subject to our 30-day object-storage lifecycle. Download links are temporary, but anyone holding a valid link can access its audio. Account, generation, billing and expense records may be retained longer for service operation, accounting, security and dispute resolution. Deleting a BlueMetal record does not automatically remove information already processed or retained by external providers.
Your choices
You can stop submitting prompts, revoke API keys in your dashboard, and disable automatic top-ups. Download songs you want to keep before storage expires. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify identity and retain records required for legal, security or accounting purposes.

We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
